Fit for the King is a fun and engaging wellness initiative that nurtures women’s physical, spiritual, and mental health through accessible, joy-filled programs. As Romans 12:1 reminds us, when we “offer [our] bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God,” we are living in a way that honors Him—and that is exactly the heart behind this initiative. From movement challenges to devotional check-ins, we’re creating space for every woman to grow strong in body, mind, and faith— with plenty of encouragement. Join us to live the F.I.T. L.I.F.E., embracing a lifestyle that is truly “fit for the King”!
Walk with us Wednesday morning on June 3 and 24 at 7:30 a.m.! No registration, just show up and walk at your own pace!
Each month we meet to move and praise! In June, it's all about that 50's & 60's Summertime Swing, so come lift up the name of the Lord and move your body in praise! No registration required, join the fun every 4th Tuesday at 4 pm in the Regions Room at the Knight Nonprofit Center!
This month, we have TWO Fit Life Labs! The first one will help you develop a spiritual, mental, and physical fitness plan that fits YOUR personality and lifestyle! Registration is required, and the $25 materials fee will be donated to our WOW Care Closet! Be sure to register here: https://forms.gle/kND8FkM9DHe6HtAJ7
The second lab is Paint Your Emotions with Myranda! Painting can be a powerful tool for emotional wellness. Creative expression helps reduce stress, process emotions, improve self-awareness, and create a sense of peace and balance. Sometimes colors and brushstrokes can communicate what words cannot.
