Fit for the King is a fun and engaging wellness initiative that nurtures women’s physical, spiritual, and mental health through accessible, joy-filled programs. As Romans 12:1 reminds us, when we “offer [our] bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God,” we are living in a way that honors Him—and that is exactly the heart behind this initiative. From movement challenges to devotional check-ins, we’re creating space for every woman to grow strong in body, mind, and faith— with plenty of encouragement. Join us to live the F.I.T. L.I.F.E., embracing a lifestyle that is truly “fit for the King”!
Walking with the Lamb is WOW Fit for the King's very own group walking program.
Walk with us on the first and third Wednesday morning of each month!
No registration, show up and walk at your own pace!
Each month, we meet on the 4th Tuesday at 4 p.m. in the Regions Room at the Knight Nonprofit Center to move our bodies!
Great for every age and fitness level, this class is an unscripted, free-flowing movement class that incorporates gentle stretching, free-spirited movement...and JOYFUL expression! This is something you can do from a seated position or standing, and you do ONLY what you're comfortable doing. No pressure, no stress - just a great opportunity to get out and move your body.
In August, we'll be praising and moving to Elvis, so dig out that poodle skirt and join us! No cost/no registration required.
Join us for a creative and meaningful evening as we gather to make beautiful Bible tassels while spending time in prayer, fellowship, and encouragement.
Throughout Scripture, tassels served as a reminder to keep God's Word close to our hearts and to walk faithfully in His ways. During this hands-on workshop, Myranda will guide you step-by-step in creating your own custom Bible tassel—a beautiful keepsake for your Bible or a thoughtful gift for someone special.
As we create together, we'll also pause for prayer, reflection, and uplifting conversation, making this much more than a craft night. It's an opportunity to slow down, connect with others, and leave refreshed in both heart and spirit.
No experience is necessary—just bring yourself and a willing heart!
Cost: $15 per person (includes all supplies)
Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today!
